1. Limit your time outdoors

5. Wear a mask for outdoor chores
The outside atmosphere is certainly filled with millions of airborne irritants and you should not get out without something to cover you from the allergy causing agents. You could wear a mask or sunglasses to protect your eyes, nose or skin from pollen and other allergens.
6. Take allergy symptoms seriously
You should watch out for allergy symptoms and take the appropriate measure such as visiting a doctor or taking allergy medicine. Some of the traditional signs include asthma, sneezing, watery eyes, fever, hives, conjunctivitis and eczema.
